The Legion Russian Systema Seminar The survivors (above) of the Legion Russian Systema seminar ended the day battered, bloody and bruised, but with an introduction to Russian Systema. With a focus on strikes, the four hour seminar, led by Bill Paravanno, took the trainees from breathing exercises all the way to full-out strikes and ground survival. Legion was proud to host Louisville Systema and their instructors and to share techniques and philosophy related to reality-based self-defense. It was tough, but everyone learned a lot.
