What made you start training at Legion?

I had known Steve from a former work relationship and he approached me about doing some trade design work in exchange for fitness classes. I wasn't sold on it initially because I thought I was already fit after having run four marathons and exercising daily at a gym. I was wrong. Really wrong. Steve coached me one-on-one before Legion actually opened it's doors, so I was put through the workouts before the classes began. I was truly shocked at how little overall fitness I actually had. Sure, I could run for hours, but my strength was weak, my core was weak, and I was not improving my running splits...not to mention plateauing on weight loss. After working out at Legion, I started seeing definition in my arms (even a tricep muscle!), my clothes felt looser,...AND I set a PR for a 10k race! Thank you. Legion Fitness.

Why do you keep coming back?

I stick with Legion Fitness because I get results. Period. Weight loss? Check. Definition? Check. Endurance? Check. Full-body fitness? Check.
