Steve's training style has evolved from a deep background of fitness, climbing and alpinism has allowed him to develop some of the most fun and undoubtedly the most challenging workouts available anywhere. Rock climbers and mountaineers reach the highest levels of fitness of any type of athletic pursuit in existense, and Steve has solo climbed the highest peak in the continental USA, Mt. Whitney, in a single day, climbed Mt. Rainier, Mt. Shuksan, Mt. Baker, the Grand Teton and many others and has rock climbed all over North America. He is a skydiver, hang glider pilot, certified SCUBA diver and more. Steve has trained world class athletes, climbers, mountaineers, Marines, Army personnel, Guardsmen, Air Force personnel, Emergency Response personnel, SWAT Team members, regular Law Enforcement and more. The developer of the LegionFit program, Legion Warrior PT (for military and Law Enforcement) and the for charity program Legion Rogue Warrior workout series, Steve has put the best of military training methods (Force Recon, SEAL, Special Forces), rock and alpine training and training for extreme sports together for Legion Training Systems, the toughest but most effective workouts available.
Mike is a 2010 grad of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Exercise Science. He has had experience in many different training areas along with having the opportunity to train military personnel of each branch of the Armed Forces. Mike is a Legion Fitness Level 4 trainee and a LegionFit Lead Instructor. He believes that Legion forms the complete athlete as well as modern warrior and is excited to pass his knowledge onto Legion trainees, future LegionFit Instructors and those who serve our nation.
David Levine has been training in the Legion System for nearly four years. David is extremely adept at Legion Training techniques as well as Legion Warrior PT training programs with an emphasis on nutrition and exercise. David has deep experience in security protocols and has worked with major corporations regarding their physical security on large and small scale platforms for many years. David works closely with Steve in the continuing development of Legion Training Systems, as well as Legion Warrior PT.
Amy has been an outdoor enthusiast since birth, currently working and playing in the outdoors year-round regardless of weather. Amy has been training in the Legion System for nearly 4 years and can pass on knowledge of extreme fitness, kettlebells, run-based fitness and overall health information the Legion way like few others. A recent winner of a Legion Rogue Warrior competition, Amy has the background to get you in the best shape you can be.
Mila is a 2000 grad of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Finance. She was a 4 year letterwinner on the University of Kentucky Gymnastics Team and owns 3 of the highest floor exercise scores on record for UK. After graduation Mila studied martial arts and received her 2nd degree black belt in Shaolin-Do and played 2 seasons for the Lexington Black Widows Women’s Rugby Football Club. A lifetime involvement in various athletics has given Mila experience in many different training areas. She believes that stretching and flexibility are keys to maintaining a balanced workout routine.
